Is This Just for New Patients or First-Time Visits? >
The visit starts with you creating your secure patient profile, and then it mimics the clinical experience you would have in a typical office visit. You will submit details about your medical history, medications, allergies, current condition, and pharmacy preferences. You will upload several photos of your acne (or other problem condition). You will then submit all of that information to the provider you select. t. The provider will review that information soon after, and send you a message when your personalized care plan is ready. All diagnoses and care plans are reviewed by a board-certified dermatologist licensed in your state. Some state regulations may require an additional step of a quick video call with the provider before your online visit completes, but that will only take a few minutes. You can access your treatment plan online anytime, and even send messages to the provider if you have additional questions. A copy can also be sent to your primary care doctor.
Are Online Visits Only Available for Acne? >
